Schon eher die bis zum Morgen abgetrocknete Stra\u00dfe und die vereinzelten blauen L\u00f6cher in der tiefh\u00e4ngenden Wolkendecke. Von den angek\u00fcndigten &#8222;starken, anhaltenden Niederschl\u00e4gen&#8220; der Wetterpropheten war weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Zumindest sollte ein Aufstieg ohne nasse F\u00fc\u00dfe, oder vielleicht sogar ein Abgleiter, oder vielleicht sogar&#8230; m\u00f6glich sein. Besser nicht dran denken sondern erst mal H\u00f6henmeter auf der Stra\u00dfe Richtung Passh\u00f6he machen! Um 9.00 Uhr nahm Gassi die restlichen 700 H\u00f6henmeter von unserem Basislager zur Talstation der K\u00f6nigsleiten-Bahn in Angriff.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/xalps.com\/2003\/images\/diary\/do1_4.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-Bhw9RDGs\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/xalps.com\/2003\/images\/diary\/thmb\/thmb_do1_4.jpg\" alt=\"Startplatz etwa  200m unter der Basis - Tendenz: Gewitterneigung...\" width=\"180\" height=\"135\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/><\/a> Dort fiel um 11.30 Uhr dann die Entscheidung zugunsten des Versuchs, den Pass doch mit Fliegen hinter uns zu lassen. Zu Mittag wollte ich mit dem Sessellift zur Bergstation auf 2300m hochfahren. Doch hatte ich die Rechnung ohne den Liftwart gemacht, der trotz etlicher \u00dcberzeugungsversuche meinerseits auf seiner Mittagspause bis 13.00 bestand. Da das Wetter bestimmt nicht besser wurde, war das n\u00e4chste &#8222;eh scho wieder so a knappe G&#8220;schicht&#8220; vorprogrammiert. Im Schneckentempo &#8211; daf\u00fcr gratis &#8211; gings dann Richtung Bergstation, wo mich Gassi schon seit einer Viertelstunde erwartet hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Startplatz an der Basis: normalerweise kein Nachteil, doch mittlerweile hatte der zuvor aufgelockert bew\u00f6lkte Luftraum \u00fcber der Gerlos kaum mehr L\u00fccken &#8211; und es zog noch weiter zu. Schnell raus und irgendwie runter, der starke Ostwind am Grat sollte zus\u00e4tzlich einige Kilometer Richtung Monaco bringen. Um 13.30 Uhr n\u00fctzte Athlet AUT1 dann ein kurzes Startfenster, um vor ein paar kopfsch\u00fcttlenden Pensionisten den Schirm talw\u00e4rts zu pilotieren. S\u00fcdlich vorbei am Kreuzjoch (2558m) trugen ihn die Winde in einem 30 min\u00fctigen Flug bis kurz vor Grasegg, wo es versch\u00e4rfte Landebedingungen (kleine Wiese, begrenzt durch Stromleitungen W\u00e4ldern und einen Stausee) zu meistern galt. Regen stand kurz bevor &#8211; und noch gut 10km bis ins Tal (Zell am Ziller). In Hippach h\u00e4tten wir vielleicht die Gelegenheit, bei einem &#8222;Spezl&#8220; unterzukommen (&#8222;Der Schwager vom Bruder vo oan vo da Musi&#8230;&#8220;) &#8211; naja&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/xalps.com\/2003\/images\/diary\/do1_2.JPG\" target=\"_blank\" data-rel=\"lightbox-gallery-Bhw9RDGs\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/xalps.com\/2003\/images\/diary\/thmb\/thmb_do1_2.JPG\" alt=\"Supporter-Zeitvertreib  bei Starkregen - Pflege der Homepage - zumindest offline...\" width=\"180\" height=\"135\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" \/><\/a> Es sch\u00fcttete wie aus K\u00fcbeln und Gassens Micro-Regenhaut gab bald den Geist auf. Beim zuf\u00e4llig durchgef\u00fchrten Spotcheck fand man meinen Athleten in einem Heustadel Unterstand suchend &#8211; kein beneidenswerter Anblick, wie die Judges im Nachhinein mitteilten. Gut, dass er das <a href=\"http:\/\/www.therm-ic.at\/\" target=\"_blank\">Therm-ic-Equipment<\/a> dabei hatte &#8211; damit stellte sich der Wahrheitsgehalt des Slogans: &#8222;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.therm-ic.at\/\" target=\"_blank\">Therm-ic l\u00e4sst niemanden kalt!<\/a>&#8220; \u00e4usserst hilfreich unter Beweis.<\/p>\n<p>In Hippach (Ankunft gegen 20.00 Uhr) berieten wir bei Pizza und Bier \u00fcber den weiteren Tagesverlauf, denn aus der &#8222;Spezl-Option&#8220; wurde leider nichts&#8230;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">In der Region, in der die Idee zur Piefke-Saga entstanden sein muss, war es mit den Gastronomen und Klein-Hoteliers wirklich nicht einfach <div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-one-full fusion-column-first fusion-column-last fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\">[&#8230;]. Wieder einmal wurden wir in einer gr\u00f6\u00dferen Absteige (im Zillertaler Weinstadel) gern aufgenommen und nahmen Waschgelegenheit und Internet-Zugang dort wahr. Zwischenhochdruckeinfluss sollte Wetterbesserung bedeuten, wenngleich wahrscheinlich ziemlich tiefbasig &#8211; definitiv ein Problem f\u00fcr unser ausget\u00fcfteltes Vorhaben&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bettruhe: 23:00; geduscht und im trockenen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.weinacht.at\/\" target=\"_blank\">VW<\/a>-St\u00fcberl.<\/p>\n<div class=\"su-divider
